Pursuant to art. 13 and art. 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("General Data Protection Regulation" - GDPR), this notice describes how your personal data are collected, used, stored and protected through the mobile application "Wonder Road".

2. LEGAL BASIS AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

Personal data are processed by the Controller to allow the use of the website, for contractual purposes in the event of purchase of the Wonderroad app services, or to respond to user requests, or on the basis of legitimate interest, pursuant to article 6, paragraph 1, letters (b) and (f) of the GDPR.

3. CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED

If the User sends a communication to the Controller's contact details, or in the event that the user intends to leave a review via the Wonderroad app. The provision of data is optional and any refusal results exclusively in the impossibility of communicating with the Controller.

The categories of data are Email address and any other information such as name and surname or telephone contacts provided by the user.

If you purchase Wonderroad app services, the Wonderroad app will use geolocation data to provide the service. This data is necessary for the proper provision of the service, and any refusal by the interested party will make it impossible to provide the service. Geolocation data is not stored and is not shared with third parties.

The use of the website wonderroad.it may involve the use of cookies by the Controller, the types of cookies and methods for disabling them are indicated in the dedicated cookie policy document.

4. DURATION OF PROCESSING

Personal data are stored for the period strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are collected.

5. CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS

The data are not transferred to third parties.

6. DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS

As a data subject, you have the right of access to your personal data as well as the right to rectification or erasure or restriction of processing or the right to object to processing (arts. 15 et seq. GDPR). The request can be sent to the Controller using the models and instructions published by the Data Protection Authority on this page.

By browsing the website wonderroad.it, as well as downloading and using the Wonderroad application, the User:

2. Accepts the processing of personal data as described;
3. Declares to have understood their rights and how to exercise them;
